Kiichpan is lovely. It's clean and well-kept. Safe as well. There are children here, a great many of them in fact.
You must visit. They call it the 'floating city' for all bridges. I have plans to sit upon the longest one and paint the reflections of flowers upon the water.
Stay with me, and we will have a merry time. There are plenty of places to eat as well. Lots of sweets. Likely due to the children.
